轉化壓力為助力工作坊

壓力源自何處?使我們喪失許多能量? 答案無非是人際關係。
家庭、工作場所,社群網絡,這些都是每日必要的外在溝通。     
我們能否善用與人互動時發生的種種狀況,作為自我成長的契機?將壓力與苦痛的情境,轉化為內在的提升?能否只藉由簡易的方法就能做到?

這個工作坊幫助我們:以簡單而有效的方式,將高壓的處境逆轉為自我的提升。

What can cause most stress and can drain us of much energy? 
Dealing with other people! Isn't it?
And yet, every day we need to interact with others: In our family, at our work place, in the community, etc. 
So how useful would it be if we could utilise all those situations of interaction for our own self-development? Turning stressful, even painful, situations into opportunities for our own growth?
In a very easy and straightforward way?

This workshop aims to give you the tools to do just that: 
in a simple and effective way you learn how to turn around these stressful situations into moments of self-growth.
